The Fitness-Mad 20kg Aqua Weight Bag is filled with water which sloshes as you move, creating an unstable 'live' weight that forces you to work twice as hard to maintain stability, increasing functional strength and targeting entire muscle groups. The less water is in the bag, the lighter the weight but the greater the instability.

As well as the dynamic exercise benefits, the aqua bag is also portable by nature. It can be emptied and filled easily, and folds up flat when empty. To fill the bag, press down the pin and fill under a tap to the desired weight. Then open the pin upwards, attach the pump, and fill the remainder with air until the bag is fully inflated.
