Yoga bolsters are frequently used to provide support and cushioning in restorative yoga sessions, in which poses are held for several minutes or more. They can be used in many ways as part of 'supported' variations of common yoga poses, as a cushion for meditation/general use, or a pillow for physiotherapy. The Organic Cotton Yoga Bolster is of a standard size for a round yoga bolster.
This yoga bolster cushion is filled with Recron fibre, making it significantly lighter than those filled with buckwheat hulls, thus easier to reposition or transport. The 100% organic cotton cover features an embroidered Yoga-Mad logo, convenient carry handle, and is easily removable for washing.
