The Core Fitness Mat offers great cushioning and is suitable for all mat based workouts, especially Pilates. The mat is light and easy to transport using the removable shoulder strap making it ideal for taking to classes. Made from NBR foam which is non-absorbent making it easy to clean and hygienic, whilst also being soft and supportive and provides excellent cushioning and memory.
